Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
The **Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)** of Uninox Internation College was established as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure. Since quality enhancement is a continuous process, the IQAC works towards planning, guiding, and monitoring Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Enhancement (QE) activities of the college.
The primary task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution. It serves as a vehicle for ushering in quality enhancement by working out planned interventionist strategies to remove deficiencies and enhance quality.
Objectives of IQAC
- To develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in academic and administrative performance
- To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture
- To facilitate the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education
- To collect and analyze feedback from students, parents, and alumni on institutional processes
- To organize inter- and intra-institutional workshops, seminars on quality-related themes
